Carl M. Fennell, 73, passed away at his residence at Skyview Towers, 219 North Beaver Street, on September 15th at 11:00 pm.

Mr. Fennell was born in New Castle on February 13, 1937 to the late Loy Y. and Mary L. 'McCance' Fennell.

He is survived by his brother, Wayne Fennell and sister, Erma Morgan both of New Castle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two bothers; Loy and Alvin Fennell.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will take place in Oak Park Cemetery.
