Thomas Lynn Fox, 54, of Shaw Street died at 2:10 p.m. Aug. 4, 2006, in his home.

Born March 29, 1952, in Morgantown, W.Va., he was a son of the late Thomas William Fox and Carrie Y. Henthorn Fox, who survives.

Mr. Fox was a graduate of Morgantown High School. He attended West Virginia University and graduated from Westminster College in 2000. Mr. Fox managed Westminster College’s computer lab. He liked to play tennis, racquetball and golf. He enjoyed science fiction, music, old-time radio and home theater. He also loved cats and geese.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his companion, Mary M. Rucker of New Castle, and a brother, Dana R. Fox of Morgantown.

Visitation will be observed Monday from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Turner-Myers Funeral Home.
A service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Wayside Emmanuel Church in New Castle, with the Rev. Hope Cummins of Wayside Emmanuel Church officiating.

Additional visitation and services will be held Wednesday at Derring's Funeral Home in Morgantown, WV.

Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Morgantown.
